SHIPPING POLICY

1. THE TRAIL MAP: WHERE WE SHIP

Because we ride by the rules, El Vaquero only ships to states where hemp-derived THC beverages are permitted. Our checkout system automatically checks your zip code against the latest state regulations. If we can't get it to you safely and legally, the site will notify you before you pay.

2. AGE VERIFICATION (21+)

Federal and state laws require that all our customers are adults. We use a secure, third-party age verification system at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to this verification. In some jurisdictions, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is home to "greet the stagecoach."

3. PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

We aim to get your order out of our Plano, Texas facility within 1–3 business days. Once it’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

4. DISCREET PACKAGING

We respect your privacy. Your order will arrive in plain, sturdy packaging that keeps the cans safe and the contents private. The return address will read "Tasty Enterprises, LLC."

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. We currently only ship within the United States to permitted jurisdictions.

6. WEATHER & TRANSIT

While we package our ranch water to be as rugged as the trail, we are not responsible for cans that freeze or overheat if left outside for extended periods after delivery. We recommend tracking your package to ensure it’s brought inside promptly.

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order hits the trail, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking info within 3 business days, or if your package appears to be "stuck" in transit, please reach out to us:
