PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

For Subscriptions: We want your El Vaquero supply to be as steady as a heartbeat. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Portal. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please ensure all cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed and hit the trail, it cannot be canceled and follows our standard [Refund Policy].

For Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the product has shipped. Once the shipping process has begun, the sale is final.
